All my Real Life Videos can be used with TacxFortius. You can select during installation, if you want to copy the video files on the hard disk, or whether you want to play the video from the DVD drive.

Tacx Trainer Software Version 1 and 2

For the Tacx Trainer Software version 1 and 2, you can import the video directly from the DVD in TTS. You don't need to run the setup program.

Tacx Trainer Software Version 3.x

The RLV's of season 2012 (Franken, Belchen, Bernhard, Sanetsch, Steinbeck) can directly be installed for TTS 3 from DVD. For older RLV's notice the following:
In TTS 3, 3rd-party videos can not be imported directly. However, the installation is very simple. You have to download and run the file TTS3Setup.exe. Then you select which of my Real Life Videos you want to install. You can also select a different location for the videos. Let the path unchanged, the videos are installed in standard TTS 3 video directory. The subfolders Videos\Reallifevideo.de are created in the selected directory. Finally you have to copy the videos from the DVD into this folder. Now the videos are properly recognized in TTS 3. If this does not work yet, you can use the "Search" function in TTS 3 to find the video.

At some RLVs TTS is creating an impossibly high brake resistance when you start to ride or the playing speed is much too high. When this happens, just create a new course from the original RLV that starts a little further along the road. After saving the new course and starting the RLV the brake's resistance and the speed should be normal.

For further assistance, it is most useful to turn to the Tacx Forum. There write a lot of people who have similar problems with the software.

TTS 3 has very high system requirements (see here). Please make sure your PC meets those requirements, only then is a proper operation of our videos guaranteed.

If you are using TTS 3 on a Windows 7 system, please follow the hints in the system info.

Tacx Videoplayer

With the Video Player from Tacx you can play Real Life Videos without your trainer having to be connected to your computer. You can now experience every course in the world with every possible ergotrainer, cycletrainer, a fitnessbike or cycletrainer.

For the installation of my videos you have to download and run the file VideoPlayerSetup.exe. Then you select which of my Real Life Videos you want to install. You can also select a different location for the videos. Let the path unchanged, the videos are installed in standard Video Player video directory. The subfolders Videos\Reallifevideo.de are created in the selected directory. Finally you have to copy the videos from the DVD into this folder. Now the videos are properly recognized in Video Player. If this does not work yet, you can use the "Search" function in Video Player to find the video.
