Shipping costs and Paypal charges
I'm shipping worldwide, with shipping costs as shown in the table below.
The DVDs are shipped in a bubble bag with normal mail.
Every 2 DVDs are additionaly wrapped in a paper sleeve.

I accept bank transfers and paypal payments. Since I will not plan paypal fees into the DVD prices, I charge a surcharge for paypal payments, which is based on the paypal fees.
