The Budal RLV is a quite long one. It follows roads along the Budal valley and its sidevalleys. Although the total ascent is over 2000 meters, there are no big mountains to climb; the hills are not very steep nor very long, but there are quite a few shorter hills to climb. This RLV is probably not as spectacular as some of the others, but it provides a good, long workout.
Bonus: Røsbjørga The Røsbjørga RLV was originally an alternative ending to the Budal RLV. It is a good workout for a short interval session.
