Frosta is a peninsula in the middle of Norway, inside the Trondheim fjord. It is primarily known for its production of vegetables.
This RLV starts and ends on the very tip of the peninsula. On its way around the peninsula, it visits several places, including the old abbey ruins on the Tautra island. This RLV is mostly quite flat, but there are some short, steep hills.
