Lofoten is an archipelago in the northern part of Norway (north of the Arctic Circle), and is known for its rough, beautiful landscape, where high, steep mountains seem to plunge directly into the sea. This is one of the most visited tourist destinations of Norway (every year the 24 000 residents are visited by more than 150 000 tourists).
This RLV follows the entire 330 km road from Bjerkvik to Å. Or actually, not quite all of it - most of the tunnels are cut away from the RLV. Even though Lofoten consists of many high mountains, the road mostly runs by the sea, so there are no long or steep hills. However, you might see that there are more than 2200 height meters to climb, but most of these are "speedbump-like" hills that you won't notice much at all, since the road follows the bumpy terrain. So this is definately a quite flat RLV.
Since the video was recorded with car speed, 2 different profiles are provided. One at normal speed and original length, here the frame rate is quite low and one with double speed and half-length, in this case, the frame rate is higher and the video runs smoother.Demo version
