This is the second part of the Salier and Kaiser Konrad Cycle Route, which connects the German Wine Route with the Rhine on about 130 mostly flat kilometers.
The course of the trail has the shape of an "eight" with the center at Lambsheim (and the starting point of this second part of the route). From there it goes via Flomersheim, Frankenthal, Mörsch and Roxheim to Worms. Then via Horchheim, Heppenheim, Dirmstein, Heuchelheim, Heßheim and Gerolsheim back to Lambsheim. From there it is only a short distance to the completion of the "eight" in Bad Dürkheim.
