Shipping costs and Payment informations

Important notice

Due to changed local packaging regulations, I ship DVDs and USB sticks only within Germany and to Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Slovenia and Sweden.
Outside the EU (i.e. also in Switzerland), it is generally not possible to send goods.

I'm shipping within the EU, with shipping costs as shown in the table below into the following countries:
Germany,Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Slovenia and Sweden.

DVDs and USB sticks are shipped in a bubble bag with commodity mail. There is no tracking-id.

The shipping time of USB sticks may be extended by up to 3 days due to stick procurement and data transfer. The stick is sent in a sealed outer packaging, the right of withdrawal expires after opening this seal.

For some countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada) a minimum order value of 80 Euro applies. Below this, a country-dependent surcharge for short quantities is levied.

I accept precash by bank transfers and paypal payments (from 15 Euro value of goods). Paypal payments are also possible without Paypal account: Terms for Payments without a PayPal account.

Orders (including downloads) are accepted from the following countries only: Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, South Africa and Ukraine. Should an attempt be made to force delivery to a country not listed by providing a false address, a handling fee of 10 euros will be charged in accordance with the TAC and the order will not be accepted.
